Returns and Exchanges

  • All items from the store are final sale. We do not accept returns and/or exchanges. All items are non-refundable. Our store is not responsible for shipping delays and any damages that occurred during shipping.

Processing

  • Processing times differ depending on the product, please read the FULL description before checking out to see how long processing will take. If you have multiple items with different processing times, they may come separately or come all together with the item having the longest processing time.

Customized Items

  • When purchasing a custom item please ensure that all information is correct, once the order is placed it cannot be cancelled. All custom items are also final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
